This is my eleventh year at PHS and my 36th year teaching. I have taught in
four states and many different schools. I am currently the math department
head. I attended the University of Oklahoma, transfered to Louisiana College
for my senior year and earned a B.S. in mathematics. I have an M. Ed. in
mathematics education from the University of Louisville. I have taken about
thirty additional hours in math and gifted education to earn certifications
in math (9 - 12) in four states and gifted (k - 12) in one state. Last year
I completed the reguirements for National Board Certification in Mathematics.
I am the BETA Club sponsor.
I am married and have twin sons, aged 27.
