November's character trait is CITIZENSHIP.
Palm Harbor Elementary recognizes students for their Commitment to
Character each month. Each classroom selects a student that exhibits the
character trait for that month. The students are honored at an all school
assembly and presented with a dog tag and certificate by the principal.
This is a PTA sponsored program.
