School policy for tournament leave during final exams:  
Students with documented IMG approved tournaments – tournaments which are 
vital to the athletic plan and critical to the college admissions strategy 
for the student – should complete an Early Leave Request form and submit to 
the Director of Academics before May 1, 2009.  These students will be 
expected to complete their final exams during the second week of June or a 
project will be assigned for each missed final exam course.  The project (s) 
will be assigned on May 1 and will be due no later than June 4.
