Honors students are following the same track as other students. However,
Honors students will be graded with two additional requirements.
1. due at the end of each academic quarter, all Honors students must
complete a comprehensive project (in the medium of their choice) about an
approved topic in US History or Current Events.
2. Honors students will not be graded with a curve (which will apply to
regular students).
For example, I give a test of 50 points and the highest grade in the class
is 45. The regular History students will be given their grade as a point
total out of 45. Honors students will still be graded out of 50, no matter
what the curve.
