With a dual Master's Degree in Gifted Education & Computer Education,
I bring to the classroom 26 years of teaching experience in Sarasota County.
My objective is to provide a safe and respectful environment that is both
challenging yet non-threatening, where all students have equal opportunity
to learn and are inspired to do so daily. I expect each of my students to
set challenging personal goals for themselves and I plan to challenge them
each myself. I believe that I will only get from my students what I expect
from them therefore, I will expect their very best. My desire is for them
to blossom and to believe in their ability!
I have only one rule in my classroom and it covers everything… make no
problem. Make no problem for yourself, your classmates, your teachers, or
your parents. If you choose to make a problem, please be prepared to accept
the consequences for your actions. Please remember to always be prompt,
prepared and polite.
My sequential objectives are all in direct correlation with the Sarasota
County School Board curriculum, and Florida Sunshine State Standards
objectives.
