IT'S A READING ROADTRIP!

Our second Scholastic Book Fair of the year will be held February 13th through the 22nd, 2008. This is the perfect time to stock up on books. Great prices, terrific selection, don't miss it! In addition to getting great books at a great price, the Scholastic Book Fair earns Ridgecrest new books for our Media Center.

Take a ride and come discover some fantastic new books. As you enter embark on your Reading Roadtrip take note of the beautiful scenery. Be careful on the roads as you may encounter many other travelers along the way. Enjoy your trip, travel safe and bring home some souvenirs from your Road Trip Adventure.

We invite all of our families to visit our Reading Roadtrip this week. If you can't make it, students will have the opportunity to create a "Wish List" of books to bring home so parents can send a check or money to school with their child to purchase the books they are interested in.

Don't forget about our teachers during the Reading Rainforest! We asked our teachers to create a "Wish List" of books they would like to add to their classroom library. If you can, pick up a book for your child's class to help expand their collection of books. The teachers will really appreciate it!
