ASSIGNMENTS
All assignments not finished in class become homework. Assignments will be

have any questions. If problems arise at home in completing an assignment,
parents should sent or note or email to avoid a penalty.

MATERIALS NEEDED FOR CLASS EVERYDAY
 Agenda book
 Pencil, blue or black pen (please do not use red pens on assignments)
 1 inch - 3 ring binder with dividers
 Notebook paper
 Markers and/or colored pencils
 Reading book of your choice

AGENDA BOOKS
You will be expected to write your homework assignment in your agenda book
DAILY. They will also be checked on a regular basis to make sure this is
being done. Agenda books are also used as your pass and must be signed by a
teacher or adult whenever you leave the classroom.

MAKE-UP WORK
Make-up work is located in the “Make-up Work” crates in the classroom.
Descriptions of our daily work and assignments are available on my website
and on the homework board. It is your responsibility to get the make-up work
and complete it in a timely fashion. School policy allows one make-up day
for every day that you are absent.

LATE WORK
Late work is allowed within a reasonable time frame for reduced credit.

AND FINALLY...
You are the most valuable resource in this classroom. I will do whatever it
takes to maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all
students. I’m excited to be your teacher, I look forward to getting to know
you, and I’m expecting great things from you this year!!
