REMINDER: The first Book Report and Project are due this Monday, October 12, 2009.
I have been reminding students daily and offering suggestions, help and materials for the project. Remember… there are two parts to the project-
1) the written/typed 1 page summary:
(must include the main characters, the setting, as well as
a summary of the plot with the problem/solution)
2) the project of student’s choice (from the list of 3)
I am looking forward to seeing the students’ projects on Monday! Thanks!
Parents -- Please look for your child's Orange Take Home folder EVERY NIGHT!
They are to be reading for 20 minutes each night and recording it in their Reading Logs.
It MUST be initialed by YOU for them to get credit. This is an easy way to boost their
weekly grade AND improve their reading skills! Please support your child's efforts!
