_____Spelling: Study the spelling words for their spelling test on Friday,
December 4th (See attached list) and complete the three spelling skills
handouts.
_____Math: We are starting a unit on two-digit addition. Please help your
child practice these skills by completing the following activities and
handouts.
1. Practice/homework ‘Explore 2-Digit Addtion’ – Have your child
complete on their own and then check their work.
2. Home Activity ‘Adding 1-Digit and 2-Digit Numbers’ – Help your child do
this activity (see attached directions on handout.)
3. Family Fun Math Game ‘Hidden Picture’ – You (or another family member)
will need to
play this game with your child (see attached directions on
handout.) *Optional
____Pack Your Trunk For…: Complete Pack Your Trunk For… about the book you
read over Thanksgiving Break (see the attached directions on handout.)
_____Reading: Read for at least 20 minutes 2 times this week. I read on
