 Dear Parents/Guardians/Students 
We are almost at the half way point.  Below please see the schedule for mid-terms which will be conducted in December.
 

MIDTERM SCHEDULE FOR CORE CLASSES

·         On December 14th 7th grade midterms will begin.  ALL students will go to their HOMEROOM CLASS. 

·         7th grade will double block 1st period.  Students will start testing at 8:43 AM and end at 11:34 AM.  This will include elective time.  Students will go to their 2nd period elective and return to homeroom class to finish the midterm.  This will give the students ample time to complete their scheduled midterm.

·         At 11:36 AM all students will report to their 5th period class.  They will remain there until 2:03 PM, this will include lunch.   This will give the students ample time to complete their scheduled midterm.

·         6th Period electives will continue and take place at their normal schedule. 

 

MIDTERM SCHEDULE FOR CORE CLASSES

·         On December 15th 7th grade midterms will continue.  ALL students will go to their homeroom and switch to the 3rd period class. 

·         7th grade will double block 3rd period.  Students will take their midterm from 8:43 AM and remain there until 11:34 AM.  This will include elective time.  This will give the students ample time to complete their scheduled midterm.

·         At 11:36 AM all students will report to their 4th period class.  They will remain there until 2:03 PM, this will include lunch.  This will give the students ample time to complete their scheduled midterm.

·         6th Period electives will continue and take place at their normal schedule. 

 

MIDTERM SCHEDULE FOR ELECTIVE CLASSES

·         December 17th and 18th DURING ELECTIVE SCHEDULED TIME.  This midterm can be given over two days. 

 

·         Students will complete make-ups on December 17th and 18th and students who are in different level courses of math and language arts.

 

·         Students who are absent this week will be given their midterm upon return to school.
