Homework:
We are working on Unit 16 words in our spelling book. There will be a
spelling quiz on Thursday. You are also expected to read five times a week
for a period of 30 minutes at a time. Of course you may always read more
than that! Do page 103 1-20(cursive writing) for Monday's spelling homework,
and page 104 1-25, for Tuesday's spelling. Please use cursive writing.
We will also have a Daily Oral language quiz 17 on Friday, so please
go over your DOL answers from Mon. through Thurs. It is easy to get an "A"
if you study!!
Our Reading focus this week will be on taking the Mid-year Benchmark test and
finishin our tall tale final copy and drawing.
