About The Teacher
My name is Ginny Klute (formal name:Virginia). I have been teaching at Tatum Ridge for 6 years and am excited about starting a wonderful sixth year in 5th grade at Tatum. I love 5th graders because you are always so full of curiosity and are so capable of learning in depth and you teach me so much, as you are learning. Plus, I love working with you on becoming mature readers and writers, and learning about your heritage and this great country and its history: the USA! This year you will travel to two other teachers for Math (Mr. Lynch) and Science (Mrs. Hoermann). Mrs. Braunstein and I will each be teaching two classes of Reading,Language Arts, and Social Studies. I love traveling, gardening, being a grandmother of two (Eli and Maddy), playing tennis, and reading. I hope to learn about your special interests and hobbies, too, and would gladly invite parents or friends into the classroom to share about your career or special interest.
