As part of our mini-unit on Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, we studied about weather. It may have rained food in the book,
but we decided that we'd have our clouds rain "real rain".
Michael and Roert worked together as partners. Their job was to first predict the number of "raindrops" that could be put into the cloud until it got too heavy and the cloud "rained".
Partners worked together to predict how many drops of water the cottonball could hold before some of the droplets escaped. Students took turns using the eye dropper while the other friend counted carefully.
Sawyer and Savanna took their jobs seriously as they carefully counted the number of raindrops the cloud could hold.
Kate and Kylie worked so well together. They made great predictions and were able to determine the differences between their predictions and the actual number of drops that the cloud held.

It was fun using a calculator to find out the differences. Matthew did a great job determining the answers using his calculator. Science is so much fun!!!
