Biography Information

Dear Parents and Students,

We have read a biography in class, and are currently reading others in our groups. To complete this subject area, we will begin to write our own biographies.

Your child is to interview a special adult in his or her life, in person or on the phone, take notes and then turn that information into a biography of that special person.

Please, use this rubric and the topic checklist to ensure that you will be eligible to earn the highest grade you are seeking to attain. I have also included a chart for use in note taking, and a visual aid of a timeline to help remind each student of this requirement. We have gone over each item in class.

Please bring any questions or concerns to my attention before the due date, as I will not be able to help you the night before the report is due!

Thank you,

Mrs. White-Tippery (aka Mrs. T.)
