The Differentiated Instruction techniques used within my room, allow each student to work within every content area in a challenging, yet achieveable manner. One of the "Stand-By Opportunities" your chld will experience is the opportunity of assignment choice. The choices within an assignment, are created with the same Sunshine State Standard of Learning Objective in mind, yet allow a student's learning style and personal interests a place in the acquisition of a skill. GIVING OPPORTUNITY: If you were looking for an opportunity to assist in our travels,I wish every child came to school with a healthy snack...EVERYDAY! Children are not as able to focus on the task at hand when they are hungry. If you would ensure your child has breakfast each morning and a snack for later---He/She and I would be very grateful!
