About The Teacher

I have been teaching Band & Orchestra since January, 1990.  I received a 
Bachelor of Music Degree from The University of Miami and a Master of 
Science 
Degree from Florida International University.  My husband is Brett and we 
have 2 children, Tyler-11 and Jamie-7.  Go Dolphins, Heat, Panthers, Marlins 
and of course GO CANES!!!!

Mission For The Class

The mission for this class is to give students experience in playing a 
musical instrument in a Concert Band and String Orchestra Setting.  When 
students leave this program they should be well prepared for a High School 
Musical Experience.
