I was born in Mentor, Ohio and moved to Naples, Florida when I was 8 years
old. After graduating from Barron Collier High School, I attended the
University of Florida for 5 years earning both my Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in Elementary Education. I taught in Collier County for two and a
half years when I had my first son. After staying home with him for 8
months, I accepted a job at The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. I
worked there for two and a half years as the Academic Director. I am very
excited about being back in the classroom. I LOVE teaching 5th grade!
