Unfortunately we will not be going to Busch Gardens. We thank those parents that were willing to go and to chaperone our Gnu students. We will look forward to our Civil War Camp Day in March.

October 30, 2009:
We are now in 2nd quarter which wil go through the 3rd week in January, 2010. CID classes have changed and we are looking forward to a great quarter.

Stay tuned for an exciting opportunity that we are hoping will happen in December! Mr. Powell will be sending infomation home shortly!

The House of Poe was a great success! Many thanks to our talented student volunteers and our parent volunteers.

We had a fabulous lunch provided courtesy of China Palace. Please think of placing an order with them when you are in the mood for a great Chinese Dinner! The honey chicken, lo mein and fried rice were wonderful! Ask your student for a menu and gift coupon worth $2.00 off. Thank you Mrs. Wong!

HOUSE OF POE - Thursday - October 29th. Parents are welcome to come and tour the two houses - The Telltale Heart and the House of Usher. Begins at 10:00 and ends at 3:30. Best time to come would be 3:00, but we will allow you "head of the line priviledges" whenever you come! Many of our students have worked very hard on scenery and learning lines! We are very proud of them - AND they have learned a great deal - about Poe, the theater, and what goes on behind the scenes!
