I've taught for 23 years in grades K-5, 14 yrs. teaching children with
varying exceptionalities, and the last 9 yrs. teaching gifted education. (3
yrs. in N.Y., and the last 19 yrs. at HCE)
In practice, I put forth patience, understanding, and care for every child,
striving to be a positive role model. I am always learning and trying to
improve my skills for classroom techniques and learn much from my students
every day. I am proud to be a National Board Certified Teacher, a Middle
Childhood Generalist, as of Nov. 9, 2007
We strive to acquire knowldege on and above 3rd grade level and foster
creative critical thinking skills working with the Total Child.
