Sharon P. Lightstone
Sharon Lightstone teaches classroom guidance to kindergarten and 1st grades.
Through puppetry, music, role playing, games, books, and art, Mrs.
Lightstone teaches students social and academic readiness skills. Each class
has a lesson every two weeks that follows Cobb County Curriculum guidelines,
as well as ASCA, American School Counselor Association, power standards.
Sharon received a Masters in School Counseling from GA State University and
a BS in Special Education from the University of TN. She has specialized
training in play therapy and suicide support. With over 18 years of
experience in education, she also has corporate training and sales
experience.
Sharon lives in Roswell with her husband, Alan, and 2 children, Jenna and
Jordan. She enjoys playing tennis, entertaining, and exercising.
