5th Grade Supply List
Students are required to have the following items on the first day
of school. Fees can be paid during registration on August 4th.
Cash is accepted and a receipt will be given to you at that time. If
writing a check for the fees, please make checks payable in the
following format:
Class t-shirt check payable to Dana Thompson
PTA check payable to Britt David PTA
Technology fee payable to Britt David
Thanks for understanding.
Please remember that these supplies are needed all year long. Some
of these may need to be replenished during the year. If this
happens, the Room Parent will contact you to request these items.
