| Dear Parents,
End of the Year Events….
First Grade
*We have a busy 2 weeks yet to go. Please mark your calendars for the
following dates:
* Early Release Day – Tuesday May 13th @ 1:10
* Our 1st grade awards ceremony will be held on Monday May 19th at
1:30 in the cafeteria. Students may be checked out after the ceremony if
you wish to take your child with you.
Friday May 23rd – Last Day of School –
We will have Pajama Day! Come dressed in your favorite pajamas
(please dress appropriately). Bring a game to share and play that
morning (no video games, game boys, or other hand-held games,
please. And make sure your name is on it.). That afternoon we will
have an ice cream celebration.
We have had an absolutely wonderful year together! It will be hard to
see this class move on! Thank you for sharing your children with us
AND for your tremendous support. We couldn’t have done our jobs as
well without such a supportive group of parents backing us! We will
miss you all greatly.
