In order to be a "Millionaire" first grade students have to read 250 books. Remember, every time 
you read a book, write it on your reading log. If you have a favorite book that you like to 
read, you can log the book each time you read it. If you run out of room on the reading logs you 
can just use notebook paper. I want you to get credit for every book. 
     Parents, please encourage your child to read by taking the time to listen to them. Nothing 
helps improve reading more than practice. Once your child has become a Millionaire don't stop 
logging their books. There will be a special treat for the one that has read the most books at 
the end of the year. So keep them reading.
