ROCKET READER DUE Tomorrow Jan. 5th  No Excuses:)

Please practice IXL!!

Don't forget Rocket Reader is the required method I use to track student reading. All 3rd graders should be reading the equivalent of 20 minutes a night. Make sure to fill in your Rocket Reader Form as you complete each book.

Website for Georgia tourism    http://www.exploregeorgia.org/    Click on the map and choose an area. Then tour the different places- Choose at least two, in case someone else also chooses the same place. If more than one person wants a location & parent has signed form, I will randomly draw a name the same day--to make it fair. Georgia has so many incredible places to visit- please choose a place outside metro Atlanta and discover the beauty of Georgia!!!

*******New policies********
No students or parents will be allowed in any classroom after 2:45pm - students are responsible for taking all needed items home with them. This includes homework, supplies and personal items.


Silly bands are no longer permitted. They have become a huge source of distraction across the school. Please do not allow your child to bring them to school at all-- this includes inside their bookbag.
