Everyone should be working on your international children project. These are due on Wednesday Dec 2 for most students. A couple will be given until Friday due to not be in school last week. A great way to help your child develop good reading habits is to read aloud to them. Reading aloud with your child is always beneficial. It allows you some quality time with your child and shows them that reading is fun. Also, as your child brings home a reader have him/her read it to at least two people or to you twice. If your child is struggling with reading then make some letter flash cards to practice. This will help them grow more confident in letter sound identification, thus increasing speed and fluency.
