The last day to present Above and Beyond projects for this nine weeks is Tuesday, October 7th. In order to meet my expectations for "Takes
initiative to go beyond requirements" on the Target report card, each student needs to present two Above and Beyond projects.
On another important subject, the Foundation is starting their Capital Campaign today and it runs through October 10th. The Foundation has
greatly helped our school by building 2 new playgrounds, buying interactive white boards and slates for teachers to pilot, bringing East Side the
after school enrichments (Yoga, Chess, Drama, Robotics, etc.) and they have funded the Science Lab and Science Lab teacher this year....they are
TERRIFIC!!!! They also support each teacher through their teacher grant program. Your donation will help keep these amazing programs and the
