Parent Updates

Parents,
Disposal of Medication letters have been sent home with the students. If your child had any type 
of medication in the clinic, please return the letter ASAP. All medication will be disposed of 
if not picked up by May 23 at 2pm. New Medication Authorizations will need to be filled out 
again next year for all medication. If you have any questions please call the clinic at 770-578-
