***Dear Parents,
The guidance department of EMS has requested that each parent take time to
complete a CCBOE SACS School Improvement Survey. It is located on the CCBOE
Web-site for you to complete. It would be greatly appreciated. Also all
library books are due May 4, 2012. All library fines should be paid for by
May 4, 2012. The school has requested that a $1.00 be sent for the mailing of
the report cards. Please have the $1.00 turned in by May 18, 2012. Also
please make sure you have taken care of your lunchroom fines also and don't
put too much money on your accounts. Please make sure your students have
taken care of their textbooks and know where they are for turn in on May 10,
2012. Thanks for what you are doing to make this such a successful school
year!

7-11 Declaration of Independence Unit
Students should be keeping up with their handouts on the Independence for one
grade.
***Please be aware that there won't be a study guide for the social studies
benchmark exam. They will be studying their handouts given in class this week
on the Declaration of Independence. Good Luck!

Students will be taking their Benchmark Exams this week:
Students need to bring a $1.00 to mail report cards.
Students need to pay off all fines in library, lunchroom and textbook fines.
Students have a study guide ( 3 pages ) worth 25 points towards their exam
grade in social studies. They must have it with them on the day of the exam
to recieve their twenty-five points.
