About The Teacher
Welcome to EMS for the 2011-2012 school year! I will be serving my 7th grade students in co-teaching classrooms for math and language arts as well as in the resource setting. I will also oversee their progress in their science and social studies classes as needed. I have the benefit of teaching all students, but especially enjoy the challenge that comes from helping students with disabilities learn new material. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. I received my Master of Education from Augusta State University in Intellectual Disabilities. My Specialist in Education is also from ASU. I am looking forward to helping your child do his or her best. PLEASE call or email me if you ever have any questions. As the IEP case manager, I will assist the students with any school matter.
