Just a couple of reminders of upcoming events:
*Please take time to stop by the book fair this week. It will be open all
week from 7:30-3:00.
*Class t-shirts need to be worn this Friday for the class cookout and tug of
war.
*If you are planning to eat with us for the cookout, make sure that you
prepay for your lunch by adding money to your child's lunch account. They
will not allow us to pay for luches outside. You might also want to bring a
blanket or towel, as we do eat on the lawn.
*Please send in all Multiplication Sundae donations by Monday, May 12th. If
you are not able to make the donation, please let me know asap.
*Report cards will be sent home at the beginning of summer. A note is coming
home today asking for a legal sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to mail
it in. It will need a new $.42 stamp. Please send these in as soon as you
can.
*Next Thursday, May 15th, is Goofy Game Day. Students may bring in board
games to play during the day. Please label your child's game with their name
to insure safety of it. Also, please do not allow your child to bring in any
expensive electronic games, as I would be devistated if something should
happen to it.
*Market Day proposal are due by Monday, May 12th. I have only received one
so far. Students must receive approval for thier idea before they are
allowed to participate in the event. Please hold all materials, yard sale
items, and crafts until the actual Market Day. Advertisements and coupons
may be brought in any time after their proposal is approved. The last Market
Day will be at 12:45 on Friday, May 16th. We hope to see you there!
As the year begins to wind down, please check our calendar or the May packet
for upcoming events. I think we have something scheduled just about every
week.
