Dear Parents,
Students should have a new vocabulary study guide(Vocabulary #3) in
their binder today. There will be a vocabulary quiz on Friday.
The book fair will be coming to our school between November 16-20, and
on Tuesday, November 17 it will remain open until 6:00 P.M. We will have each
guest to the Book Fair put their name in a daily drawing for a free book
($10.00 or less). In addition, the teacher from each grade level with the
most visitors at the end of the week will get to make a book selection from
the fair. Proceeds from the Book Fair help support the purchase of new books
for our Media Center. We greatly appreciate your support.
Reminder: Our Thanksgiving Feast will be held at 11:45 this Wednesday.
If you are interested in attending, please return the orange
reservation/prepayment form. Since Tuesday is the Thanksgiving Feast Day for
the younger grades, it will be a sack lunch day for grades 3-5; your child
can either bring a sack lunch or they can purchase one from the cafeteria.
