Chemistry Assignments

****TRANSFER INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO FIGURE OUT
BINARY IONIC COMPOUNDS, and A CHART OF THE POLYATOMICS,
TO YOUR LAB NOTEBOOK****

****FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20:
1. TEST ON CHAPTER 8, Sections 1-4 !!!
2. students will be assigned a unique chemical formula,
and must build a "ball and stick" type model of that molecule,
following the rules that they have been taught.
The model will be due on Monday, November 30th, the day we return from
Thanksgiving Break, and students will present their model to the class.
Models will be graded on how accurately they are built, and how well students
follow the instructions.
Instructions and molecule assignments have been uploaded to this website
under Powerpoints,
(Chemistry section).

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30:
Students will present their molecular models, & hang them from the ceiling in
Mrs. Hammond's room (this is worth a test grade, so do it correctly!)
