Here's what our practice schedule will be:
ONCE A WEEK PRACTICES:
Week 1, Sept. 14: Introduction/fun meeting. (set up schedule)
Week 2, Sept. 21: A little bit of everything!
(or, our self-assessment to figure out how much we have to
learn :-)
Week 3, Sept. 28: Earth Science
Week 4, Oct. 5: General Science
(Oct. 12 is a school holiday, no practice)
Week 5, Oct. 19: Chemistry
Week 6, Oct. 26: Math
Week 7, Nov. 2: Physics
Week 8, Nov. 9: Astronomy

(Nov. 23 is a school holiday for Thanksgiving break, no practice)
Week 10, Nov. 30: Biology & Chemistry
Week 11, Dec. 7: Math & Physics

(Dec. 21, 28 are a school holiday for Christmas Break, no practice)

(Jan. 18 is a school holiday, no practice on that day, but practice later

Week 19, Jan. 25: Earth & General Sciences
Week 20, Feb. 1: Our own team competition; top 5 players will be on the
official team, everyone else will be the support team.
We'll also review rules & strategies for the competition
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6: Regional Competition
(and if we do well there, the State Competition is Saturday, February 27)
