I was born in Santa Maria, California. We moved around the states and abroad
a good bit and settled in Georgia. I have taught for twenty years in
Richmond County (3 yrs. at Hillcrest Baptist School and 17 yrs. at Hephzibah
Middle) and am very excited to have joined the PACK seven years ago. I coach
softball (B team), tennis, and golf at GMS.
Steve and I have two children - Stephen 23 and Katie 19 and my husband
teaches and coaches at Hephzibah High School. We are a very sports-oriented,
horse-loving family. I am looking forward to learning more about my students.
We will become more effective writers and voracious readers as we prepare
for the Middle School Writing Test in January and the CRCT in
April.
