Language Arts:

We will be reading the novel,  Tangerine, by Edward Bloor after Christmas if you would like to purchase your own copy.  I have a classroom set that the students can use while at school, but these may not be taken home.

 Monday:
Warmup Worksheets
Create 2 compound-complex sentences and identify the clauses
Choose 5 vocabulary words (each partner choose 5 different words)  to create a fill in the blank story paragraph using your "Tough Boris" format (Put the answers on a separate sheet of paper)
Use "What is a Knight" or "When Plague Strikes" Paragraph must have a topic sentence, supporting details, and transition words.  Mark these elements in your paragraph.
