Isn't counseling just for kids that have a problem or are getting into
trouble? Absolutely not! School counseling is giving your child, and our
student, a chance to express themselves; a chance to talk about their
feelings. Children feel things just as intensely as adults do. Sure, most
of their priorities are different from adults but, their thoughts, worries,
feelings, and dreams are very real to them, and effect their days at school,
their schoolwork and ability to learn! Parents and school counselors should
work together as a team to help your child have their best chance of
success.
