What do I need for class?
See link to supplies. I have some things that should be brought to class by
every student. The "Wish List" is just that; these are supplies that we
cannot seem to keep in stock and are very helpful to students during labs.

Can we eat in class?
OCAA rules prohibit this practice in science classrooms. If we have a lab
involving food, I will be taking extra steps to prepare the classroom for
such
an activity; normally I would not have time to disinfect the classroom
appropriately for students to safely eat in class.

Do I need to bring my textbook to class every day?
You should bring your book to class every day unless I state otherwise.
--------------------------------------
Is there extra credit?
Cobb policy does not allow for extra credit given on an individual student
basis. There are grade recovery opportunities along the way that are part
of
the assessment process, but there is not something that can be given to an
individual student in order to bring up a sagging average at the end of the
term or any other time.

What is the portfolio points system?
See the daily work grade explanation provided in the Hon. Bio. Handouts link.
