I graduated from Columbus State University - when it was named Columbus
College. I received a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special
Education. This degree has since been converted into Early Childhood (P-5)
and Middle School (4-8). The Special Ed Certification is (P-12).
I have taught at Kendrick High School since 1985, with the exception of a 2
year break when I left to teach in Hawaii. Since my return, I have been at
Kendrick.
My husband and I are from Columbus, but lived a short while in Atlanta,and
Athens, GA. and Hawaii. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. We also have
adopted two girl puppies! What a handful! Actually, the puppies belong to
our sons - but we get to "puppy-sit" on a daily basis!
