Dear Students and Parents,
The most important thing I'd like you to know about me is that I love
chemistry and am very excited to be teaching chemistry at KMHS. I received my
Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in chemistry at Texas A&M University, and
my Doctorate in Chemistry (Ph.D.) at the University of Maryland. I spent 10+
years as a research chemist and now am very happy to be sharing some of my
knowledge and excitement for chemistry with you.
I know that many students are scared of chemistry, or think that chemistry
will be boring. I believe that every student can learn chemistry, and have
fun while learning it. I would like to inspire some of you to pursue a career
in chemistry and show others that it is an interesting science.
