Film Links

Folio Point Opportunities

The Internet provides myriad sites of interest to film enthusiasts. As we
explore films during the semester and you search for information online, you
will come across sites that would be of interest to the entire class. You
are the best source sites to be linked for easy access.

One option to earn points in your film folio is to assess and recommend web
sites for our class site. The format and criteria are included in the
template packets housed in the classroom and available for you to check out.

Another option to earn points for your folio is to write a reflection on a
film-related critique/article. You may use articles linked below.

A third option is to present a companion film (film connected to one we watch
in class in some manner) using a PowerPoint presentation in an effort to
encourage your classmates to watch the film outside of class to enrich their
knowledge base. Some of the articles below provide suggestions for such
films if you are looking for ideas.
