Dear Parents,
We are very thankful for our wonderful children and their families. We look
forward to seeing you when school reopens on November 30, 2009. Please refer
to the Photo Gallery for pictures of your children as Pilgrims showing their
gratitude at the Thanksgiving Feast.
Here are some upcoming activities for your calendars:
MVPS Open House - December 6, 2009
Bring your friends to explore the wonderful opportunities at Mount Vernon
Presbyterian School. The Lower School campus will receive visitors from 2:00
to 4:00, and Glenn Campus invites you to attend from 1:00 to 3:00.
Canned Food Drive - December 8, 2009
Mark your calendars for Preschool's canned food drive for the Community
Action Center at 8:35 a.m. in the Preschool Chapel Service. Families are
most welcome to attend this special service. Details will come home in your
child's folder right after Thanksgiving break.
Preschool Christmas Program - December 17, 2009
Please join us for this wonderful performance in Fellowship Hall at 10:00.
Children will wear festive clothes and delight the listeners with holiday
music.
Progress Reports
Preschool Progress Reports will be available online after December 20, 2009.

Fridays or refer to the homepage of the MVPS website.
Reminders
Please write names in sweaters and coats to ensure they arrive back home
safely.
