Remember to read the information inside the music book that your child brought home. There is a lot of important information there that will help your child succeed.
It is NOT too late to order a recorder or music book if you would like to. The extras will be given out on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
All 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students are expected to test for me by playing a required song(s) at least 3 times during a nine weeks grading period in order to receive a satisfactory grade in music class. Testing takes place between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings in the music room. See the recorder pages on this site for more specific info about your child's grade!
REMEMBER TO EAT BREAKFAST IN THE NCES CAFETERIA BEFORE YOU COME TO TEST IF YOU NORMALLY EAT AT SCHOOL!
