2.	Listen to others...and they will listen to you.
3.	Avoid putdowns...who needs them.
4.	Take charge of yourself...you are responsible for you.
5.	Show respect...every person is important.

                  Good Behavior Spotted Explanation

My classroom is set up on the "spot" system. If students do not
follow the classroom expectations, a verbal warning will be given.
If a child does not follow the expectations after being warned, he
or she must remove a spot from his or her ladybug. Students who
remove a spot, will be required to miss the first 5 minutes of
recess. If a student loses two spots, they will have a note sent
home about their behavior. If students lose all spots, a parent
will be notified to discuss the childs behavior. Students have the
opportunity to earn back lost spots if their behavior has improved
for the remainder of the day.

A behavior log will be sent home daily showing how many "spots" your
child kept/earned. Please review this log each night and initial to
show that you have seen it. Thank you in advance for your
cooperation. I know that if we work together and communicate
throughout the year, your child will have a successful year in
kindergarten!
