HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT OUR NEWEST CLASS MEMBER?? Brownie the Bear is here!
Each week a friend will be selected to take Brownie home for the weekend.
He comes with his very own traveling bag, directions, a journal, and of
course a camera to capture some of his adventures with you. Jackson Rains
took Brownie home on Friday. We can't wait to hear about their adventures
on Monday.

Hugo Falcon is our SPECIAL FRIEND OF THE WEEK!! Anthony's name was drawn
to be our special friend of the week. Each week a name will be drawn and
that friend will have the opportunity to create a poster telling us all
about themselves (look for the pink notice in your child's red folder on
Fridays to know whether it is your child or not). We can't wait for Hugo
to bring his poster in on Monday to share with us. We will then post it on
the door for the week so everyone at school can get to know our friend
Hugo!!

We had a fantastic time during Fun Friday this week!! Colin Hanley's
mom, Stacy, stopped by to make our very own peace sign necklaces. We had
such a great time creating our jewelry. What a wonderful idea and way to
tie into our theme of time!! Thank you so much to
Mrs. Hanley for taking time out of her busy schedule to join us. We had a
BLAST!! We are looking forward to our next Fun Friday Parent, Karen Carter,
Dana's mom who will visit us this Friday!.
Thank you so much to all our Fun Friday Parents.
Y'ALL ARE THE BEST!!

We enjoyed our second Parent Reader this week. Felicia Kitts, Anna's mom,

favorites. We had a great time hearing some fun new stories! We are
looking forward to Jack Doughty's mom, Michelle, reading to us this week.

THIS WEEK IN KINDERGARTEN:

In phonics we have moved on from the Poppers to the Leakers. Our fourth
