What is the best way to contact Mrs.Wade?

Email is the best way to contact me. Please email me at 
slynch@atlanta.k12.ga.us. If for some reason this email is not 
availbable, 
please email me at shanalynch@hotmail.com. Please do not expect 
an immediate 
response, I will respond within 24 hours. Another option is to 
write me a 
note. You can also call the front office and leave a phone 
message with the 
secretaries.

How do I pay for my child's school lunch?

Please send in cash (check not accepted)with your child. This 
cash will be 
applied to their "pre-paid" account. You may also opt 
to make advanced 
payments at mealpayplus.com. If your have further questions, 
please call the 
front office at 404.842.3120.

If my child is sick or on vacation how do they make up their work?

I will set aside missed classroom assignments. When your child 
returns, they 
will have the same amount of days that were missed to complete 
make up work.

How can my child celebrate their birthday at school?

Birthdays are always exciting! You can either send in treats with 
your child 
or feel free to bring treats to lunch (11:20-11:50) to share with 
the class. 
We have a total of 20 students without any allergies to be aware 
of at this 
time.

What time should my child arrive at school?

Students may arrive as early at 7:30 a.m. They are counted tardy 
if they 
arrive after 8:00 a.m. I strongly encourage morning arrival by 
7:45 a.m. 
This ensures they are able to prepare for the school day (i.e. 
turn in 
homework assignments, make lunch choice, use the restroom, 
sharpen pencils, 
copy homework assignments in their agenda and complete morning 
work 
assignment).

When are graded papers sent home?

Graded papers will be sent every other Wednesday, unless 
otherwise noted by 
me.
