Quarter 2:

-Thanksgiving: Colonists, pioneers and native Americans

-U.S. historical figures

-Recognizing differences in colonial days from today

Science - Harcourt

Quarter 1:

-Scientific Inquiry: Scientific method, compare data and draw conclussions, assemble graphs and interpret data

-Life Science: Identify the basic needs of animals and compare and describe characteristics of animals

Quarter 2:

-Life Science: Identify the basic needs of plants and identify the parts of plants

-Environmental Science: Demonstrates respect for God's creation, identify ways to conserve energy and resources, and identify types of pollution
