Peer Mediators

Peer Mediators are now ready to help responsible students solve their getting along problems.  Peer Mediators are middle school students who have gone through a Peer Helpers training course with Mrs. Fleming.

This is their Commitment:

I promise:

To behave in a professional manner.

      To be fair and honest.

      To keep disputant’s information confidential.

To fill out the mediator reports as accurately as possible.

To return to my Encore class immediately after the mediation session, or if no one has signed up.

To make up the work I miss in my Encore class.

To report for my scheduled Mediation times, or get a substitute if I cannot be present at that time.

To be a mediator until the end of the school year.
