Homework: It is very important that you study your notes every night.
          Review the new concepts being covered in class each day. This 
          will make studying for unit tests much easier and help your grade 
          to be as high as possible. Remember in 8th grade, tests cover more 
          information than you are used to, and it will take practice
          learning to study for these tests. Practice now-  this will
          prepare you for 9th grade and help you have a good beginning to 
          high school!

by little as we cover the chapter in class. This is NOT a one night assignment. Study guides are
 always due the day of the quiz or test covering the information in the study guide. 

Labs that you do not complete during class are completed for homework. 

Vocabulary is NOT a one night assignment!  The vocabulary assignment is started at the beginning of each unit and due at the end of the unit. 
You should do a few words each night as the words are discussed in class. You will turn in your vobaculary assignment when you 
take the unit vocabulary test.
