The area of focus this year: Accelerated/Gifted Physical Science
* 1st 9 weeks- Characteristics of Science and Chemistry
* 2nd 9 weeks- Energy, Sound, Light
* 3rd 9 weeks- Force, Motion, and Gravity
* 4th 9 weeks- Electricity and Magnetism
** Students will be participating in the End of the Course Test (EOCT)at the
end of the school year.
Note to Students and Parents:
Welcome to a new school year and the world of physical science. I am
looking forward to meeting and working with the students and parents this
school year. We will have a exciting and fun-base learning experiences in
physical science.
** Please review the supply list for the year. If you have any questions
about supplies please feel free to email me.
** If you would like to sign up for a weekly newsflash, please feel free to
sign up on this website (click on the icon: NewsFlash-the information is
located to the left of the page). The Newsflash will give you an update of
weekly and monthly assignments (school wide activities, class projects,
tests, labs, quizzes, etc.).
** Please do not sign up for Newsflash until August 8, 2011.
** You can always check the parent portal for current grades and the school's
website for current information on school wide activities.
