I grew up in the Space Age - Cape Kennedy was my home.
I started teaching in Georgia at a 1st -7th grade 100 year old school. Needless to say winter was spent keeping warm while learning - lots of movement.
I've been teaching for about a third of my career at Trickum Middle School. Two-thirds of my career was in Forsyth County at the Middle School (at the time it was still a Junior High) and High School. I have had the opportunity to teach many subjects (from agriculture to biology) and have found enjoyment in all the subjects.
